General Terms and Conditions for the use of the "Sqän" app
- Scope of application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to the use of the "Sqän" app, which is operated by Level 7 Global Holdings Corp. (hereinafter "Operator").
1.2 By registering to use the "Sqän" app, the user accepts these GTC.
- Purpose of the app
2.1 The "Sqän" app allows users to manage their restaurant(s). They can manage menus, drinks menus, shisha menus, locations, events and general information about their restaurant. The information provided is made publicly visible to guests via the app.
- Responsibility for content
3.1 The operator checks all content provided via the app. However, the restaurateurs or users themselves are responsible for the content provided.
- Changes to the GTC
4.1 The Operator shall inform the User of changes to the GTC directly in the app and by email.
- Data protection
5.1 Personal data is handled in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Dispute resolution
6.1 Disputes between the parties shall be settled out of court as far as possible. If an out-of-court settlement is not possible, the place of jurisdiction shall be the current place of jurisdiction of Level 7 Global Holdings Corp.
- Costs
7.1 The use of the "Sqän" app is free of charge. However, there will be paid features that relate exclusively to marketing tools and/or connections to other third-party systems.
- Severability clause
8.1 Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
